Return Policy

Order Cancellations

You may choose to cancel an order prior to fulfilment.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel as we cannot cancel the order once it has been dispatched. You will be refunded the cost of the order shortly after cancellation.  Refunds will be processed via the same method used to pay for the order (eg. the cancellation of an order paid for by Visa card, will result in a refund to that Visa card).

In the event that the item(s) have been dispatched, a credit or refund will only be processed upon return of the items to our warehouse at the buyer's cost.

Damaged Products

Damaged products may be refundable. Photo evidence of the damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with proof of purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
