I've been writing fiction since I was twelve years old and have always loved the creative liberties that come with a blank canvas and stark imagination. Few creative pursuits compare to the art of language and the worlds that can be built and shared through the meticulous curation of words. Creativity in any form, though, is a part of our primal being and should be encouraged and embraced across all cultures and all artforms.
